Following my retirement, I have decided to revise and simplify my websites starting with the main site. As I am no longer actively involved in leading a Church, I want to reflect on why and what I am writing. I will re-post some of my previous posts in due course.

In my previous ministry, I always passed on the advice that I had received – that clergy should take a good year out following retirement in order to allow time to discover what retirement means for them. I intend to take this advice seriously, and am not assuming that retirement is merely a continuation of everything that went before
